About
I’m Hannah! I operate out of Seattle, WA. I have a certification in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington, which means I take an ethological approach to training. This means meeting your dog’s unique needs, taking their behavior seriously, and setting them up for success by implementing science-based methods, and creating lots of YESSES!
I also have a certification in Fear Free training. This means that when I am working with your dog, it is my priority to help them learn to manage their fear, anxiety and stress. This is particularly applicable to cooperative care.
Training is about understanding how your dog communicates! I am here to support you with a blend of empathy, patience, knowledge, and experience. I believe that understanding your dog’s behavior will help reduce their stress and improve their quality of life.
